Overview

Designed and launched a comprehensive event management platform for a network of 100+ dance studios. The app streamlined participant registration, ticketing, and real-time check-in, replacing manual spreadsheets with an intuitive digital workflow. By automating data collection and QR-code scanning, it reduced check-in times from minutes to seconds, eliminated duplicate entries, and gave organizers live dashboards to monitor attendance and resolve issues on the spot.
