Overview
Designed and launched an end-to-end event management platform for a network of 100+ dance studios. The system replaces manual spreadsheets with self-service registration, QR code tickets, and real-time check-in dashboards.

Key Challenges (And Solution)
We restructured the experience into two core flows:
1. Main search experience (modal-based)
The previous interface followed internal business logic — not user logic. Studio names like “Riga-3” or “Avotu” confused users. Cities were fragmented, and navigation was painful.

→ Replaced long-scroll lists with a geo-sensitive modal interface.
→ Integrated region → city → studio logic while respecting internal business classifications (e.g. "Moscow" vs "Moscow Region").
→ Added map view, nearest-studio logic, and frictionless transitions — creating a more app-like experience even on desktop.

Result: Now users find their nearest studio in 3 clicks or less.
2. Studio pages (and consistency across 100+ branches)
Most studios didn’t have proper visuals, unique descriptions, or structured schedules. Yet the business didn’t want dry contact cards — they wanted each page to feel like its own mini product.
“We don’t want listings. We want real landing pages.”
Before: Desktop view

Before: Mobile View

After: Desktop view

After: Mobile View

What changed: designed a modular, auto-populating system that gave every studio its own fully branded page — regardless of content availability.
Studio name → dynamic header
Location → pre-filled map
Schedule → cycle-based, readable text format
Application form → always visible and consistent
Visual rhythm → held by layout, typography, and brand accents
Even studios with no custom media felt polished and trustworthy. The system balanced flexibility for franchises with the consistency the brand needed.

Result: Studios can now launch in minutes, no manual design work required — and each page still feels personal, local, and on-brand.
Iterations & Learnings
Colored day schedule chips tested poorly (users treated them as buttons).
Switched to clean text cycles — clearer, scalable, mobile-friendly. Clarity > cleverness.

Homepage
Introduced a user-generated video wall to bring real motion and community to the hero.
Result: +38% hero CTR.

Outcome
A static, fragmented site became a scalable platform used by 100+ studios in 4 countries, with pages launched in under 10 minutes.
